We have everything from kayaks to spike ball to camping equipment available to rent.

Equipment and Pricing
Prices listed below are calculated at a daily rate, and PA sales tax is not included in the pricing (this is calculated at checkout). We can accept cash, check or Bucknell campus dollars only. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

General Rental Outfitting Center Guidelines
Rentals are eligible for any of the following:
- Student pricing is available to those who are registered as part time or full time students.
- Faculty, Staff, and community members are eligible to rent at the non-student rates*.
*subject to university specific rental policies
The rental and outfitting center reserves the right to suspend or revoke rental privileges to any patron permanently or for a designated period of time for any inappropriate use of equipment or in violation of the policies and procedures.

Email oelrentalcenter@bucknell.edu with your gear request & we’ll get back to you as soon as possible! Or stop by our basecamp and order in person.
Please include a list of items requested, quantity, day of pick up & drop off in the email request.
Once your gear request is confirmed via email or in person, you’ll pick up the gear from Tustin (Basecamp) on the day requested. (*we do not offer pick ups/drop offs over the weekend).
Email us 3 days in advance to ensure our staff are able to accommodate gear rental requests.
Email oelrentalcenter@bucknell.edu within 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee ($10 flat fee). *extraneous circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis.
Cancellations due to weather will be fully refunded.

We cannot provide individual transportation of the boats off campus (head over to our requested programs page for a shuttle/facilitation paddle program request)
Most people opt for an equipment rental drop off at the Bucknell Boat Landing.
PFDs & paddles are included in rental pricing.
Email oelrentalcenter@bucknell.edu if you, your student club, large group of friends, or class are looking to rent just equipment (no programmatic needs – & require additional support from OEL; for example you are going camping and need camping equipment, you are hosting a community night on campus and are in need of spike ball, yard games etc.)

A group order is if you and your group do not need a shuttle, orientation on the activity you are about to participant in, need OEL staff, etc.
